The second half of this project is a series titled "Universe Within Us."
I was motivated to emphasize “Blackness” through facial features: the eyes, nose, cheeks, lips and mouth. The staggered and exaggerated eyes represent windows to a universe within. Each person has actual star constellations in their eyes. Black is Big. Black is Bold. Black is Beautiful.
